Simco Holdings signs with Kone Elevators
Simco Holdings Ltd signed with Kone Elevators Ltd of Finland on November 14th 2018, to procure two elevators, for the first phase towers of Mihrimah and Nimmi, for its project of Muzaffar Garden City to be fitted by June 2019.

We are proud to announce that two towers of Simco Holdings Ltd – Muzaffar Garden City project – Mihrimah and Nimmi – the civil structural work has been completed in July 2018, now we are trying very hard to complete all other finishing works such as tiles, bathroom fittings, paint, sub-station and elevators by earliest August 2019 to deliver our apartments on time. We strive to complete our delivery schedule on time so that our customers are always satisfied and happy with our product.

A brief background on the project:
This project is on our own 42 Kathas of Land next to Sector 10 Uttara Kalyan Samity. With more than 50% open space. Our built-up area is only 20 Kathas. We have a large playground in the middle as a courtyard. In the roof, we will also have plenty of community space.

In sector 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 the RAJUK plots – are usually 3 or 5 kathas only. So most of the buildings are right next to each other, without much breathing space. We have made our 4 buildings in a court-yard system. In four corners there are 4 buildings and in the middle there is a large playing area. Our Buildings are on a North-South Axis, so there is plenty of light and air always.

Our building Architect is Mr. Shaheen Malik. Who is one the most renowned designers in Bangladesh. With the design of the BGMEA University of Fashion Technology (BUFT), Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cox’s Bazaar and also theBGMEA building in Uttara under his belt. Our Civil Structural Designer is also one of the most renowned in Bangladesh. We used only world-class materials in this project such as BSRM, AKS, KSRM Steel and La Farge-Holcim Cement. Boulder Stone from Sylhet has been specially bought in and used in all weight bearing areas.
Our Chairman Sir, is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of BGMEA University of Fashion Technology (BUFT) with nearly 35 years of experience in the Bangladesh business and industrial sector.
